Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the Bookby.chat service (hereinafter: Service). By using the Service, you accept these Terms.
2. Service Description
Bookby.chat is an automatic appointment booking system that provides the following features:
- Chatbot-based appointment booking on Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp platforms
- Google Calendar synchronization
- Telegram notifications
- Booking management interface
3. Registration and Account
3.1. Registration is required to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You provide accurate information
- You are authorized to act on behalf of the specified business
3.2. You are responsible for your account security and password confidentiality.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. The Service is available in three plans:
- Free: free, with limited features
- Pro: €25/month
- Business: €50/month
4.2. Paid plans operate on a subscription basis with monthly billing.
4.3. Prices include VAT.
4.4. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, effective from the next billing cycle.
5. User Obligations
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Not use the system for illegal purposes
- Not send spam messages
- Comply with platform policies (Meta, Google)
- Advertise real services
- Respect your customers' data
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Provider is not responsible for the operation or changes of third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google).
6.2. The Provider is not liable for disputes between you and your customers.
6.3. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user.
7. Intellectual Property
The Bookby.chat name, logo, software, and all related intellectual property belong to the Provider. Users do not acquire ownership rights through Service use.
8. Service Termination
8.1. The Provider may terminate the Service partially or entirely with 30 days' notice.
8.2. In case of serious violation, the Provider may terminate service immediately.
8.3. Upon account deletion, data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
9. Terms Modification
The Provider may unilaterally modify these Terms. Users will be notified by email. Modified Terms take effect 15 days after publication.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. Hungarian law governs these Terms.
10.2. In case of dispute, parties will attempt amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, the Budapest Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
